Hill & Co. Realtors was founded over forty years ago by
Ken Hill and has remained family owned and operated to this day.
In 1976, Hill & Co. was inherited by son, Fred Hill, and
has since been passed on to the leadership of its third generation,
Marianne Hill.
In addition to the family heritage, Hill & Co. has also maintained
its personal touch as a small business. Hill & Co.'s
reputation of excellence is illustrated by its long-standing
relationships within the community resulting in repeat clients and
referrals.

YEARS WITH HILL & COMPANY!!!
Bess Baker, now Bess Baker-Whitaker, began working as
Secretary-Receptionist for Ken Hill and Fred Hill at Ken Hill Realty on
Murphy Avenue in April 1961. Forty-eight years later she is still
working for Fred Hill and his daughter, Marianne with the company name
of
Hill & Co. Realtors, as Office
Administrator and Realtor, through three generations of Hills!
Sunnyvale has certainly changed during those years and even though way
beyond retirement age, she has not yet considered giving up her daily
employment...may be looking forward to the fourth generation!
